# Messages

This functionality is used for <mark style="color:green;">communication between analysts and clients</mark>. It <mark style="color:green;">enables file attachments</mark> and <mark style="color:green;">tracking of the incident's change history through automatically generated messages</mark>. Searches can be conducted for parts of the message or the user's name. Additionally, the status can be changed to AWAITING SERVICE when a response is required to resolve the incident.
