### SLA

The Service Level Agreement (SLA) section provides the option to customize SLA values for resolving incidents and requests, based on the severity and/or criticality of each case. Additionally, it's [easy to adopt the SLA standards previously set in the company's MSS profile](/system-settings/configuring-the-mss/configuring-the-msps-profile.md#default-sla), using an activation switch for a simplified and efficient setup.
