Messages

This functionality is used for communication between analysts and clients. It enables file attachments and tracking of the incident's change history through automatically generated messages. Searches can be conducted for parts of the message or the user's name. Additionally, the status can be changed to AWAITING SERVICE when a response is required to resolve the incident.
