# E-mail

The integrated email sending system in Inopli allows for <mark style="color:green;">notifications and auditing</mark> <mark style="color:green;">of events triggered by predefined triggers on the integration page.</mark> The activation of these triggers is <mark style="color:green;">simplified</mark>, ensuring agile and accurate communication within the team. Additionally, it offers the [<mark style="color:green;">possibility to configure automatic emails for reports</mark>](/getting-started/understanding-inopli.md) on vital system indicators, <mark style="color:green;">with flexibility in both the frequency and content</mark> of these reports, adapting to the specific needs of the user.

For the email system configuration, simply <mark style="color:green;">enter the emails that should receive the information</mark>.
